My name is Jessica Myers-Adams. I’ve been a competing athlete for 15 and been married 9 years. As an endurance athlete with 6 marathons and 3 half-ironman triathlons under my belt, I am registered for a full Iron-man and setting my sights on a 100-mile run in the near future.

I don’t say this to brag, but to let you know I understand the mindset of the driven. After years of trial and error, I’ve discovered that the strategies which work to improve race times are the same ones which work to improve relationships/marriages.

Until I learned the secrets I will share with you, my own relationships were hampered by disagreements and conflict.
